Georgia Legal Fundamentals is a 25-hour course required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for real estate licensees needing to fulfill the salesperson post-license educational requirements in Georgia. The course provides a comprehensive overview of the legal fundamentals of real estate.

First Repsonder OSHA Training
American Investment Training's Hazwoper virtual university has online courses for first responder workers. Level 1 1st responder training is available for operations and awareness levels. Online Osha Hazwoper courses come with practice exams, subject tests with hours of credit.
Operations Level 1
This level training is designed for all employees who respond to a hazardous materials emergency. OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 indicates that all employees who respond to a hazardous materials emergency must receive training based on their level of activities at the incident. Awareness level training is for responders who are likely to witness or discover a hazardous materials release and will initiate a response sequence by notifying the proper authorities of the release.

Learn to become a certified Home Inspector by taking an online course. The school training will include a full curriculum covering all of the topics neccessary to begin a career in Home Inspection.
The course is divided into training modules covering the different Home Inspection areas. The total number of hours for the course averages 120 hours of total training. A home inspector will evaluate a property for homes, in order to provide an honest appraisal of the condition of the house before a real estate transaction. This home inspection evaluation is not the same as a property value appraisal. An inspector will carefully assess the home for foundation health or problems, electrical, plumbing and more. The home inspection report will include a detailed listing of all areas in the property itself and an evaluation. The form will include recommendations on whether to replace or repair items and an analysis on the severity of the problem.
A buyer of a home should always hire a qualified home inspector before purchasing. Home inspection is a high demand profession because of the need to have this service performed on almost any property that is bought or sold.
Home Inspection is one of those businesses where the majority of the people who look to get involved will work for themselves.
Career and business
Training for on-the-job work is a major part of beginning a successful Home Inspection Career, but understanding how a business works can be just as important. Be sure to develop a business plan, have adequate capital, and use a good accountant! As with any self owned business, you will want to develop referrals, have relationships with real estate attorneys, brokers and banks. He or she relies on word of mouth and referrals from people in the industry.
